A good team: BASF Tennis Club and Heinrich Pesch Hotel
The BASF Tennis Club is our new sports cooperation partner. Frank Stauder, President of the BASF Tennis Club, and Marco Dakkus, Hotel Director of the Heinrich Pesch Hotel, are delighted about the new partnership on the green outskirts of Ludwigshafen. The tennis club is only 2.5 km away from the hotel, making it an ideal location for players from outside the city. In the summer, the tennis club expects teams from all over Germany, especially in the men’s and junior divisions.
“We are well prepared to accommodate the players in the summer,” says Marco Dakkus confidently. The hotel already equipped all double rooms with air conditioning last year, and the single rooms are currently being fitted with air conditioning.
The BASF Tennis Club Ludwigshafen is one of the leading tennis clubs in Germany. The park-like facility has 23 outdoor and 6 indoor courts. The trend sport “paddle tennis”, which originated in Spain, is a new offering. The club is open to everyone and is always happy to welcome new members who actively enrich club life.
