Standard conference offer for 1 day: 65 € / person incl. room rental, standard technology, lunch buffet and conference catering.
Team events can be booked additionally on request.
Conference Rooms
Training courses, seminars, workshops, team retreats – with 15 seminar rooms, we have the right solution for every number of participants; our large hall is accessible at ground level and can accommodate up to 380 people. All our seminar rooms have daylight, the conference room has ceiling windows.
Conference Technology
The latest conference technology is available in all seminar and conference rooms; the large hall also has a microphone and audio system Free WiFi is available throughout the house.
Convention Sales
Our Convention Sales staff will be happy to help you personally with the planning and realisation of your events. They will listen to you and work with you to find the optimum solution for your seminar at the Heinrich Pesch Hotel.
Catering
We have put together flexible conference packages for our guests; choose the package that suits your event. We also organise a finger food buffet, a barbecue event or a champagne welcoming – according to your wishes.
