We are a partner hotel of the PfalzCard, the guest card for the Palatinate!
Take advantage of Ludwigshafen and the quiet location of our house on the green outskirts of the city as an ideal location to get to know the Palatinate. Vacation guests receive the PfalzCard free of charge with their stay. With the Pfalzcard, you can experience over 130 leisure activities in the Palatinate region, from Speyer to Pirmasens, from the Donnersberg to the Southern Palatinate, free of charge. The PfalzCard is your ticket to a wide range of cultural events and guided tours, sports and games fun for the whole family and wine-related offers. You cannot buy the PfalzCard, our vacation guests receive it as a welcome gift from us.
In addition, the PfalzCard is valid for the duration of your stay as a ticket on all buses, trams and authorised trains (S-Bahn, RB and RE, 2nd class) in the entire area of the Rhine-Neckar Transport Association (VRN). If you arrive by car, you can conveniently park your car in the hotel’s own parking lot (for a fee) and take the streetcar directly from the HPH free of charge by public transport. The Heinrich-Pesch-Haus stop is within walking distance of the hotel.

Hotel room
Our hotel offers 58 single and 18 double rooms. Since 2022, all double rooms are air-conditioned, the single rooms are partially air-conditioned. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a small seating area. All rooms have a shower room with hairdryer and cosmetic products.
Restaurant and terrace
All meals are served as a buffet, always with a vegetarian selection. We are happy to cater to the special wishes of groups, such as a barbecue or finger food buffet.
Green area
Our park is always open to you. For relaxing in the morning, for a short walk after lunch or for a company event with a barbecue in the evening.
Reception
Our reception is open daily. We are happy to help you with any kind of request. Whether you need a second pillow, a tram timetable or bicycle hire, the team at reception will be happy to help you. Our small lobby bar with local beers and wines from the German Wine Route also awaits you here.
Lounge
You can enjoy the end of the day in the lounge. In larger groups at a long table or in small groups in the cozy fireplace corner.
Here you will also find our small but fine library, which is available to all guests.
Chapel
Church services are held several times a week in the hotel’s own chapel, to which all guests are cordially invited. The chapel is also open to you at any time for a few quiet minutes of retreat.
Bike rental
A Nextbike VRN station awaits you directly in front of the hotel. You can explore the green outskirts of Ludwigshafen on the blue city bikes or travel to the city center and the park island. Bicycle maps and travel tips are available at reception.
Bus tours
Whether a short stopover or a vacation stay – our hotel is ideal for group and coach trips. Coach groups staying overnight with us can park directly in front of the door in our own spacious car park.
