Last weekend, our partner, the TFC, hosted the German Championships for the wU18 (female youth under 18) in field field hockey. Four teams from all over Germany had qualified for the final round in Ludwigshafen: Harvestehuder THC, Berliner Hockey-Club, UHC Hamburg and HC Ludwigsburg.
The HPH was the team hotel for the likeable young ladies of the Berlin Hockey Club. The young players fought bravely against the top favorites Harvestehuder THC on Saturday, but ultimately lost the game 1:4. On Sunday, they then faced HC Ludwigsburg, which they clearly and deservedly beat 6:0. The BHC team thus secured 3rd place in the German Youth Championship!
