With Gateway Real Estate AG from Berlin, a second investor has now been found for our neighboring Heinrich Pesch estate!
In the presence of Lord Mayor Jutta Steinruck, Gateway CEO Stefan Witjes presented the plans and initial visualizations. Around 220 apartments in modular timber construction are planned. The special feature of the buildings is, on the one hand, the short planning and construction time and, on the other, the high quality in connection with barrier-free and, in some cases, wheelchair-accessible residential units.
If all approvals are granted quickly, Gateway plans to start construction as early as fall 2025. The first tenants could then move in in 2027.
