Christian Haaß has lived and breathed the world of gastronomy and the hotel industry for over 30 years – and recognized early on how important digital innovations are for the industry. IT-savvy, future-oriented and with a clear eye for efficiency, he brings not only expertise but also a breath of fresh air to the Heinrich Pesch Hotel.
